ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.08.2021, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 506(i) of I.P.C and 3 r/w. Sec 4 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Spl.S.C.12 of 2021 pending on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore in Crime No. 16 of 2020.

2. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that this petitioner was earlier granted bail, but the same was cancelled by the trial Court, since the petitioner threatened the party after he enlarged on bail.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner, since the trial is about to commence and if the petitioner is released on bail, he may tamper the witness and derail the process of trial.
