ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action as against the third respondent, who conducted the Kangaroo Court, on the complaints lodged by the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Counsel (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the 4th respondent alleging that during the festival of A/m. Angala Parameswari Amman Temple, the deity procession is not allowed to enter into the petitioner's street, who belonging to scheduled caste community. On receipt of the said complaint, the third respondent conducted an enquiry with the 4th respondent and the entire festival held on 15.02.2026 to 17.02.2026 smoothly and the deity procession went into the petitioner's street and all had very good worship of Arulmigu Angala Parameswari Amman. That apart, the 4th respondent also lodged a complaint as against the petitioner. Now nothing

survives on both the complaints, since the Temple festival is already over.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
