ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenu, namely, S.Venkatesan, aged 21 Years, seeks production of his son.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. The detenu viz., S.Venkatesan, son of the petitioner is produced before this Court. Petitioner as also his wife are present. Detenu viz., S.Venkatesan, who informed of being aged 26 years, as against the petition averments of his being 21 years, informs that owing to minor differences with his parents, he had left the parental home and taken up employment at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kodaikanal. He expressed his desire to return to parental home. His parents are also agreeable.

4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
