ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.
2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.02.2024 pending on the file of the first respondent. Aggrieved by the order of the third respondent dated 22.11.2023, the aforesaid appeal was filed by the petitioner before the first respondent.
3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr. V. Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent and Mr. R. Anish Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the fifth respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal dated 26.02.2024 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.02.2024.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 26.02.2024 filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. No Costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
