Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent The learned Special Government Pleader represented that the order which is the subject matter of challenge in the contempt, has been complied with in the form of order of rejection dated 25.04.2017 passed by the respondent / contemnor vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.25745/2009/Aa1 dated 25.04.2017 and has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ produced a copy of the same before this Court. The same is

taken on file and recorded.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to challenge the said order.

In the result, the contempt petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the above said order of the respondent dated 25.04.2017 in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
