This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fiorst respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to work out the remedy under the Right to Information Act. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made in the case bundle, this petition stands dismissed withdrawn as dismissed with a liberty to work out the remedy under the Right to Information Act. No costs.
