This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the road th Street, Thirumal Nagar, Puzhal Village, formed in Plot No.36, Kannappasamy, 19 comprised in S.No.592/23 within time limit prescribed by this Court.
2. The petitioner acquired the house site in plot Nos.35 and 36 over an extent of 3600 sq.ft in S.No.592/23 at Puzhal Village vide settlement deed dated 20.02.2025 rd respondent for measuring in Doc.No.1500/2015. The petitioner approached the 3 the land, it is informed that the plot No.36 was formed with road and the portion of 2/7
the plot No.35 is with the temporary shed put up by the temple. The said formation of road by the corporation authority is unauthorized one and without initiating any acquisition proceedings in the patta land. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would seek two weeks time to remove the road in the disputed land.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.
5. This Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the road at Plot No.36, th Street, Thirumal Nagar, Puzhal Village, comprised in Kannappasamy, 19 S.No.592/23, within a period of two weeks from today, as requested by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. 3/7
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
