Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time already granted in Crl.OP.No.14623/2020 dated 18.09.2020 for a further period of 15 days to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur and to furnish the sureties. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ILAMURUGU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier this Court by an order dated 18.09.

2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to execute sureties within a period of two weeks, since the petitioners were not able to execute the sureties, this Court by an order dated 18.01.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8811 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14623 of 2020 further granted two weeks time to execute the sureties. Even though the copy of the order was made ready on 29.01.2021, the same was received by the petitioners on 08.02.2021, hence the petitioners were was not able to execute the sureties. Hence the petitioners have filed the present miscellaneous petition seeking further extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date on which the order copy was made ready.
