PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2020 to retrospectively regularise the service from the date of his temporary promotion as SubInspector of Police i.e., on 23.09.2008 till 22.05.2017 on the basis of the promotion "C" list prepared by the third respondent dated 22.05.2017.
