Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue revenue patta for the petitioner's land at S.No.167/1, Block No.52, Vadakarampoondi Village, Kzeelkalpoondi Post, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District - 606 303 in the petitioner's name as per the judgment and decree passed by learned Additional District Munsiff Court, Tittakudi dated 19.03.2021. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name based on the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.152/2016 dated 19.03.2021 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tittakudi.

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to pass final orders in the pending proceedings, based on the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.152/2016 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tittakudi, dated 19.03.2021, provided that the said judgement and decree has become final, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
