Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith appoint the petitioner as Grade II Police Constable in Tamil Nadu Police, consequent upon having been duly selected and qualified in the examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) in 2012 for the post of Grade II Police Constable and all selection process having been completed.
