ORDER
This Court, by order dated 02.03.2016 in W.P.No.7661 of 2016, directed the respondent herein to conduct the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2016, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to respondents 2 to 4 and other necessary parties, if any, and to pass appropriate orders.
2.Now, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition, alleging that the order dated 02.03.2016 passed by this Court was not complied with by the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the respondent has passed the orders on the representation of the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 19.08.2016.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, now nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed.
