2.Tr.C.M.P.No.279 of 2022 is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Alandur and to transfer the same to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3.When these petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that he has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.Nos.1951 of 2021 and 57 of 2022 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Alandur to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

4. In view of the no objection stated by the learned counsel for the Respondent, these Petitions need to be allowed without deciding the issue on merits.

5.Accordingly, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. The Petitions in H.M.O.P.Nos.1951 of 2021 and 57 of 2022 are ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Alandur and transferred to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai. The learned Judge, Subordinate Court, Alandur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.Nos.1951 of 2021 and 57 of 2022 to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
