Prayer: Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for wilful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.37257 and 6344 of 2009 dated 04.09.2014 For Petitioners : Mr.S.N.Ravichandran For Respondents : Mrs.Varalakshmi C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when the Contempt Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.37257 of 2004 and 6344 of 2009 has been challenged before Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench has disposed of the matter in W.A.Nos.734, 868 of 2017 and 286 of 2018 on 23.03.2018.

Recording the aforesaid fact, no further adjudication is possible in the Contempt Petitions and the same are closed.
