Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, the respondent has issued the show cause notice and also final orders. M.S.RAMESH,J., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the show cause notice and the final orders were required to be passed within a time frame which the respondent has violated.

3. This Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged by the respondent herein of having violated the time limit fixed by this Court cannot be termed to be wilful in nature since the respondent has chosen to comply with the order and has reported today. Thus, when the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature, the same may not amount to contempt.
