Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings in Judgment and decree in OS 696/2011 dated 23/06/2017, on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore (IN CMP.No.284/2018) pending disposal of the above AS.No.6/2018.

While granting conditional order of stay on 04.09.2018, it has been categorically held that if the conditional order is not complied, the stay would be automatically vacated.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the conditional order of this Court has not been complied with.
