ORDER

It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that even before the Contempt Petition was filed, the Government had preferred an Intra Court Appeal in W.A.No.2042 of 2023, and the same has been posted along with a batch of similar petitions.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has entertained the appeal. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
