Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records and quash the impugned order in Ref.No.59874/E3/1/2017-5 dated 01.02.2017 passed by the 2nd Respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent
not to disturb the petitioner except in accordance with due process of law and regulations available in the Medical Council of India, 3rd Respondent herein.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the transfer order dated 01.12.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Impugned order of transfer has been cancelled by an order dated 19.01.2018 vide Ref.No.59874/E3/1/2017-5 and a copy of the same has also been produced.
In view of the same, placing on record the said cancellation order dated 19.01.2018, this Writ Petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
