ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 IPC, in Crime No.72 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused person has created a fake appointment order and cheated the Government officials. Hence, the complaint was registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner along with other accused persons have created fake appointment orders and cheated the Government officials. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the fact that large amount of money is involved and that the petitioners have cheated under the guise of job racket to the extent of issuing fake appointment orders towards government jobs and taking into consideration the fact that investigation is still going on, enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail at this point of time, when the offence is serious in nature and there is likelihood of the petitioners indulging in activities which would be prejudicial for investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
