Mr.Karthik Rammohan, learned counsel of M/s.S.Ramasubramaniam and Assocaites (Law Firm) on behalf of the petitioner/applicant and Mr.S.Ravi of M/s.Gupta and Ravi (Law Firm) on behalf of the respondents in all the captioned matters are before this Court.

3. To be noted, notice has not been issued in the captioned contempt petitions. In the aforesaid backdrop, aforementioned two learned counsel submit that there is a happy ending qua the central theme of the whole lis. Both learned counsel submit that the sole Arbitrator appointed by this Court has since made an award in terms of the compromise that has been arrived at between the parties. It is not necessary to dilate further on those aspects of the matter as we are concerned with the contempt petitions and in any event 2/4

the contempt petitions are also heading for a closure..

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, considering the fact that notice has not been issued in contempt petitions, captioned contempt petitions and sub-applications thereat are closed.
