ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w.7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C Act, in Crime No.105 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 975 kg of PDS rice. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are two previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, which reveasl that the petitioner is a habitual offender in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
