The petitioner/fifth accused seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.108 of 2024 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 389, 506(2) & 120(B) of IPC.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submits that the petitioner is not residing in India muchless at the address given in the petition. The petitioner has not come forward with the correct address.

3. Taking the above fact into consideration, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed and the petitioner is directed to disclose the correct address.
