This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2010 in FIR No.542/2010 with immediate effect and submit a final report within a specific time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondents-police submitted that after enquiry, the case was closed as undetected and refer charge sheet was filed on 31.1.2012 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu in RCS.No.2/2012 and it was taken on file.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu, where refer charge sheet was filed by the respondents.
