Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petitions filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge of Erode in C.A.No.311 of 2008 dated 30.03.2009, confirming the Judgment passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.III of Erode, in C.C.No.420 of 2006 dated 15.11.2008 and acquitting the petitioner/accused by allowing the above Criminal Revision Case as the charges against him are disproved.

O R D E R

This Court by an order dated 08.06.2018 issued Non-Bailable warrant to ensure the presence of the petitioner in this case. 2.Today, the Inspector of Police, Sivakanchi Police Station, Kanchipuram District, who is present in the Court has filed a death certificate wherein, it has been found that the petitioner viz., Rahman died on 19.11.2012 and the same has been registered in Kanchipuram Municpality on 23.11.2012. The death certificate is made part of the records.

3.In view of the death of the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision petition since it has abated. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
