Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to constitute a committee of two qualified surgeons including Gynecologist, Obstetrician and in presence of qualified surgeon with qualified physician as per The Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 to conduct termination of the pregnancy of petitioner minor daughter namely A.Logalakshmi in view of the constitutional protection under Article 21 of Constitution of India.
