ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The petitioner seeks suspension of sentence against conviction and sentence passed by the Mahila Court, Cuddalore in SC.No.189 of 2018 dated 27.02.2019, pending disposal of the criminal appeal. 2.
The petitioner was found guilty of the charges under Sections 498-A and 302 of IPC and he was convicted and sentenced as follows: Offence under Section Sentence imposed 498-A of IPC To undergo rigorous imprisonment for a term of three years with a fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in default of payment of fine to undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of six months.
302 of IPC To undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in default of payment of fine to undergo Simple Imprisonment for a period of two years.
The imprisonment shall run concurrently

Ex.P.7-Dying Declaration of the deceased wife of the petitioner reveals that the petitioner burnt his wife by pouring kerosene on her body. 4.
Prima facie, the petitioner has not established any ground for the purpose of considering this Miscellaneous Petition for suspension of sentence.
