ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the

petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2023 other than process of law and thus render justice.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner's brother Shivakumar gave a complaint against the petitioner, in respect of property dispute. On the basis of the complaint, respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Therefore, petitioner filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2023.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner and Shivakumar are brothers. Shivakumar gave a complaint against the petitioner with regard to a property dispute. Later, the complaint was closed, for the reason that, both the parties have agreed to resolve the dispute before the competent Civil Court. Therefore, petitioner is not required for any enquiry or in connection with any case.

4. In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), no further orders need to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary. 15.03.2023 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order gd
