O R D E R

The Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been filed by the petitioner and the second respondent. The first respondent is the Labour Court. Thus, the Memorandum of compromise filed between the parties stands accepted and the said Memorandum of compromise is extracted hereunder:

"The petitioners and second respondent agree to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following terms in order to give a quietus to the disputes between them:

1. The petitiones shall pay a sum of Rs.1,42,428/- which is inclusive of gratuity to the second respondent, who has superannuated, by way of DD.No.102922 dated 18/09/2019 drawn on Axis Bank, Anna Nagar.

2. The Second respondent shall withdraw the sum of Rs.73,542/- deposited along with the accrued interest to the credit of I.D.No.265 of 2007.

3. The petitioners shall hand over the signed PF Form to the second respondent to enable him to withdraw the Provident Fund accrued to his account.

4. The above said amounts are being paid in full and final settlement of all dues to the second respondent and the second respondent undertakes not to claim any further amounts from the petitioners."

2. In view of the above agreement, no further adjudication on merits is required in the present writ petition. It is made clear that the writ petitioner should not object the withdrawal of depositing the amount, if any, by the second respondent before the first respondent. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
