ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on first and third Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17933 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27221 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27221 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17933 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27221 of 2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, Page No.2 of 4

once a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
