ORDER

On 27.01.2016, while disposing Crl.O.P.No.1505 of 2016, this Court directed the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the respondent. Further, on receipt of such complaint, the respondent was directed to conduct enquiry and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent was directed to proceed further in accordance with law. 2.Now, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Petition, alleging that the order dated 27.01.2016 passed

by this Court was not complied with by the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on completion enquiry, FIR has been registered in FIR.No.10 of 2016 on 25.08.2016 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. In this regard, he has also produced a copy of the FIR.

4.Since after completing the enquiry the FIR has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, now nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed.
