When the matter came up for hearing on 11.02.2022, it was informed on the side of the respondents that the matter has been settled between the parties. The learned counsel for the appellants sought for some time to take instructions in this regard. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellants to the effect that they have attempted to communicate with the appellants and they were unable to contact them and hence they are reporting no instructions.
