ORDER

Today, a joint memorandum of compromise entered into between the petitioners and the 1st respondent (contesting respondent) has been filed into the Court and the same is taken on file.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the light of the above compromise he would like to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the terms of the compromise may be recorded in the decree.

4. Though, the Civil Revision Petition is being dismissed as withdrawn, the same shall be withdrawn in terms of the memorandum of compromise that has been entered into between the parties. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs. Arb.O.P.No.21 of 2007 stands disposed off in view of the compromise.
