This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.415 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. There is no representation on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that C.C.No.415 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode, has been withdrawn as settled out of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
