Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon'ble court to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.201 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SIMON, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.201 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioners had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30.a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.201 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m.
