These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 4th defendant in the suit, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 12 to 14 as defendants 12 to 14 in the suit as legal representatives of the deceased 4th defendant.

2. Ms.U.Archana, the learned counsel representing Mr.K.Harishankar, Mr.Srinath Sridevan and Mr.T.K.Bhaskar would submit that she has no objection for these applications being allowed. In view of the same, these applications are allowed, the delay of 125 days seeking to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement caused by the death of the 4th defendant is set aside and the respondents 12 to 14 are brought on record as legal representatives of 4th defendant as defendants 12 to 14 in the suit.

3. Counsel for the plaintiff to carry out the amendment and file amended copy of the pleadings by 28.06.2019.
