When matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner ought to have challenged the impugned order before the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. Therefore, though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to quash the impugned order, after some argument, he requested this Court for withdrawl of the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act.

2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned authority in a manner known to law. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
