This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the trial court name as Sub-Judge, Namakkal instead of Principal District Judge, Namakkal in the above CMA.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent has submitted that she has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
