Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.S.VIJAYA RAGHAVAN, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

In this miscellaneous petition, on 18.01.2017, this Court passed the following order :

"Heard. the other proceedings shall go and that there shall be an order of interim stay only in respect of passing of final decree.

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
