A.Nos. 2156, 2157 & 2158 of 2019 in C.S.No. 180 of 2014 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

These three applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 427 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 6th defendant, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 15 to 18 as defendants 15 to 18 in C.S.No. 180 of 2014. Though the proposed respondents have been served and their names have been printed in the cause list, they have not chosen to appear before the Court either in person or through counsel, duly authorized.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, the delay of 427 days seeking to set aside the abatement cause by the death of the 6th defendant is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the respondents 15 to 18 are brought on record as defendants 15 to 18 as legal representatives of the deceased 6th defendant in the suit.

3. Counsel for the plaintiff to carry out the amendment and file amended copy of the pleadings by 28.06.2019.
