The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have already received the entire amount two years back and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
