This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4518 of 2019 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai and to modify the condition stated in Para No.6(a).

2. Heard Mr.G.Anbuchezeian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed in 6(a) by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai on 04.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4143 of 2019 is alone modified, to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit title deed worth about Rs.5 Lakhs each, either belonging to them or their family members or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relatives or friends before the said Magistrate. All the other conditions shall remain intact.
