ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to reclassify the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition from "Nanja land" to "urban land".

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 05.08.2020 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. B. Sanjay Balachandar, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent, Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd to 5th and 7th respondents and Mr.Venkata

Seshaiya, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 6th respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 5th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2020, seeking for reclassification of the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition from "Nanja land" to "Urban land", after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after getting necessary report from the 4th respondent. No costs.
