Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent vide proceedings in Ref. No.TNMC/G113/2012 and Ref.No.TNMC/G117/2012 dated 20.03.2012 rejecting the nomination of the petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to include the petitioner's name in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.10 of 2012 and in the final list of valid nomination to be issued/published on 11.04.2012.
