This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a small correction is required in the cause title of the order dated 25.03.2025, passed in W.P.No.7455 of 2025. In the said order, the petitioner's name has been inadvertently mentioned as "S.Balamurugan" instead of "Dr.R.Ramesh". Therefore, the learned counsel prays for necessary correction in the said order.
3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the correction by substituting the name "Dr.R.Ramesh" in place of "S.Balamurugan" in the order dated 25.03.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the corrected order forthwith.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking records relating to a resolution dated 22.01.2025 of the 5th respondent and communicated by the 3rd respondent by intimation dated 18.02.2025 and to quash the same so far as non-recommendation of the petitioner to participate in the interview to be conducted by the 4th respondent, Selection Committee, as illegal and arbitrary. 4/7
2.The petitioner seeks promotion to the post of Professor (Academic Level - 14). He was not permitted to participate in the interview process. But however, by a direction dated 03.03.2025, this Court had directed the petitioner to participate in the viva-voice. It is today contended that the petitioner had participated in the viva-voice conducted by the respondents. The results will have to be declared subsequently. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition need not be kept pending. The results may be declared. If they are to the disadvantage of the petitioner, the petitioner may take steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
