O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.35 of 2018 for an offence under Section 379 of IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.35 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
