PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a 'SPA' i.e., cross massage in the name and style of 'N4 NATURE AYURVEDIC HEALTH CENTRE & SPA' at Door No.86-D, Dhamu Complex, Avinashi Road, Tirupur, Tirupur District-641 603 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name and style of 'N4 NATURE AYURVEDIC HEALTH CENTRE & SPA' at Door No.86-D, Dhamu Complex, Avinashi Road, Tirupur, Tirupur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents for issuance of no objection certificate and the said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, she has come forward with this writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that no such representation of the petitioner was received by the respondents.

5. Considering the submissions on both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to consider the representation to be submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
