Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to give separate patta to the petitioner land in S.No.480/1A3, an extent of 0.78 cents, and S.No.480/1A4, an extent of 0.14 cents, totally Acre 0.92 cents, situated at Polur Taluk, Padavedu Madhura Thurinjapuram Village, by considering the petitioner representation dated 15.12.2018.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue Patta by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if this Court issues a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2018 within a stipulated time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, the 2nd respondent/RDO is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2018 and dispose of the same by passing orders after issuing notice to the petitioner and any other persons who may be interested within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
