Writ Petition No.6683 of 2020 (Public Interest Litigation) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.145 (MIDI), Department, dated 22.11.2018 issued by the 2nd Respondent, to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 3 to resume the lands assigned in favour of the 6th Respondent by prosecuting the show cause notice dated 05.10.2017. Writ Petition No.6685 of 2020 (Public Interest Litigation) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 and 7 to take necessary steps to restore the lands of an extent of 6 cents comprised in S.No.70/2 of Porur Village, Maduravayil Taluk, Thiruvallur District as burial ground as it existed prior to the UDR Scheme by rectifying the mistakes crept in the Revenue Records.
