Criminal miscellaneous petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.132 of 2026 dated 10.02.2026, that the petitioners shall appear before the C1 Flower Bazar Police Station, NSC Bose Road, Parrys, George Town, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crime No.18 of 2026. ORDER

Vide order dated 10.02.2026 made in Crl.A.No.132 of 2026, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of condition imposed in Para No.6(i) of the said order pertaining to the appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is working in a private concern and due to the condition imposed by this Court, he has been put to great hardship and specifically, he is unable to attend to his duties, which has adversely affected his livelihood.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought by the petitioners could be acceded to.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition insofar as appearance of the petitioners as imposed by this Court in Para No.6(i) of the order dated 10.02.2026 made in Crl.A.No.132 of 2026 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the C1 Flower Bazar Police Station, NSC Bose Road, Parrys, George Town, Chennai, on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
