ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the fair and final order dated 09.09.2025 made in I.A.Nos. 1 to 3 of 2025 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner being a defendant in O.S.No.05 of 2018, filed a petition for reopen, recall and marking of documents, however the same was dismissed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore in I.A.Nos.1to 3 of 2025 holding that at the time of enquiry, PW1/plaintiff has not produced IT returns for the year 2011 to 2012, for which, applications were filed and since the documents is not available, the petition to reopen and recall is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed the petition, aggrieved by the same, the present revision petitions have been filed.

3. He further submitted that during the cross-examination, she admits that she has paid income tax and she is ready to produce IT particulars and further she has also shown the details of transactions before the IT authorities and therefore, to prove this defence 10-03-2026
